Progettato da Renzo Piano e inaugurato nel dicembre 2007. 155 negozi ed un iper, un Hotel ed un cinema multisala, uniti da una piazza circolare che ricorda la napoletana Piazza del Plebiscito, costituiscono questa meravigliosa opera di architettura e ingegneria italiana. E’ forte l’interesse della proprietà a promuovere una politica di efficientamento e sostenibilità con effetti positivi di immagine e valorizzazione dell’asset, non trascurando l’abbassamento dei consumi energetici anche per i Tenants.

Vulcano S.p.A. entrusts ERA Engineering with the energy diagnosis and energy efficiency project of Vulcano Buono Shopping Center in Nola, designed by Renzo Piano and opened in December 2007. 155 shops and a hypermarket, a hotel and a multiplex cinema, united by a circular square reminiscent of the Neapolitan Piazza del Plebiscito, make up this wonderful work of Italian architecture and engineering. The interest of the property is strong in promoting a policy of efficiency and sustainability with positive effects on the image and enhancement of the asset, not neglecting the lowering of energy consumption also for Tenants.
